True Search (“the App”) is a personal, independently operated subscription-based application. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.

True Search is designed to respect your privacy.

We do not store personal data on our own servers

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising

User input is securely transmitted to Azure OpenAI solely for processing

True Search itself does not permanently collect or store personal information.

However, during use of the App, the following data may be transmitted temporarily:

Text you enter into the App (searches, prompts, queries)

Technical data required for the App to function (device type, app version, basic diagnostics)

This data is used only to provide the requested service.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used strictly to:

Generate responses through Azure OpenAI

Improve performance and stability of the App

Prevent abuse and ensure security

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale.

4. Third-Party Processing (Azure OpenAI)

True Search sends user input to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services for processing.

This means:

Your data is processed securely by Microsoft Azure infrastructure

Data handling by Azure is governed by Microsoft’s own privacy and security policies

True Search does not control how long Azure retains temporary processing logs

Microsoft acts as a data processor, and your data is used solely to generate responses.

5. Data Storage

✅ True Search does not store conversations or user content

✅ No chat history is saved by the App

✅ No personal profiles are created

⚠ However, Microsoft Azure may temporarily retain data for:

Abuse prevention

Service monitoring

Legal or security compliance

6. Cookies & Tracking

True Search:

Does not use cookies

Does not use advertising trackers

Does not use third-party analytics for marketing

7. Subscription & Payment Data

All payments are processed securely by:

Apple App Store (iOS)

Google Play Store (Android)

True Search does not receive or store any credit card or payment information.

8. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data during transmission, including:

Encrypted network communication

Secure API connections to Azure

However, no system is 100% secure, and use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Children’s Privacy

True Search is not intended for users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request deletion (if applicable)

Restrict or object to processing

Since True Search does not store personal data, most requests can be satisfied by simply stopping use of the App.
